Our founders, Pete and Mick, having worked in the home addition industry for over a decade, recognised the growing need for granny flats and small homes as both investment opportunities and retirement living options. Launched in 2015, East Coast Granny Flats & Small Homes aims to provide flexibility, freedom and lifestyle choices, offering a range of high quality, affordable granny flats and small homes.
The business quickly grew from it’s Coffs Harbour starting place and now services the entire north east coast of NSW including Port Macquarie and surrounds, Coffs Harbour and surrounds and the Northern Rivers area. We understand the needs, regulations and geography for this corner of the country.
We build granny flats and small homes ranging in size, budget and specifications. All our homes are built on site and fully customisable to suit your property and lifestyle needs. Our designs are innovative, stylish and very liveable. We work closely with our partners to ensure that all home details, both exterior and interior, are well planned with quality workmanship.
Having established ourselves as flexible builders of small homes, it was only a short step to expand into disability and independent living options. We now offer a growing range of homes that allow people to reach their full potential with access to the support they need.
